ran 11 on saturday and rode 3 hours on sunday. my calves were just killing me on the run. kinda stumbled along towards the end there. on the bike the next day i was a bit worried that i wouldnt be able to go very far or fast, but it turned out to be a pretty good ride. my legs feel better today than yesterday which is pretty odd. but i will take it.
no much else going on. i am debating stopping my weight training as it makes swimming pretty darn impossible. but... not sure yet for sure, maybe a few more weeks and then drop it. i am, i feel over the hump in the lifting and am gaining more strength each time to the weight room. after a while i will platue and it wont mater too much if i go or not, but right now i am adding a good amount and would hate to stop right at the very best time.
